About
the artist
Diana’s background includes workshops in watercolours and acrylics with many prominent artists. Her work reflects the influence of eastern and western styles of painting. She studied the Nagna style of Sumi-e (Japanese Brush Painting) at the Japanese Cultural Centre. In 1999 she submitted a painting and earned her Seal. She continues her studies of eastern art in workshops with Sumi-e artists, including artists from China and Japan. Diana is currently an active member of the Lemonville Group of Artists and the Sumi-e Artists of Canada. She joined the Stouffville Studio Tour in 2004.
