Jan is a whimsical artist who paints
charming characters with funny mannerisms that are
entertaining and catchy. Her images develop from her
passion to create refreshing fun artwork. Jan paints
mainly in acrylics and watercolours and enjoys creating
funky sculptures in paper mache.
Her studio The Pink Suitcase provides
expertise in design, illustration, paintings, murals and
prop creations. She has produced work for Northern
Cards, Labatt’s, Toronto Fringe Festival, Arthritis
Society Metro Toronto Region.
She has an adorable family that
includes her wiener dog Rhoda. She is truly thrilled to
be a part of the 2006 Whitchurch-Stouffville Studio Tour
and Sale.
